From cleanouts and junk removal to painting, small repairs, interior makeovers, property preparation, and rental-ready projects, he focuses on making sure every project runs efficiently from start to finish.
His approach is practical and straightforward: understand what the property needs, create a clear plan, coordinate the work, and get it done without unnecessary delays or complications.
Whether CPR is helping a seller prepare a home for the market, an investor turn over a rental property, or a commercial client improve a property, Sergiu focuses on execution, quality control, and reliable service.
DESIGN, PHOTOGRAPHY & ORGANIZATION
Maria leads the creative, design, and organizational side of CPR Property Solutions.
She handles property photography, furnishing concepts, makeover ideas, project visualization, administrative work, customer coordination, and project organization — bringing together the practical and visual sides of every transformation.
For furnishing and remodeling projects, Maria works with clients to understand their vision, style, needs, and budget. When requested, she can create visual concepts and project visualizations to help clients see what a room or property could look like before the transformation begins.
Whether the goal is to modernize a property before listing, create an inviting rental, furnish an investment property, or completely rethink a space, Maria helps turn ideas into a clear visual direction.
She also brings an eye for presentation and detail to the final stage of each project, helping ensure that a property is not only functional and finished, but also cohesive, attractive, and ready to make the right impression.
Her photography services provide homeowners, sellers, investors, landlords, and real estate professionals with clean, professional images for listings and marketing.
